The hotel was very clean, and when we had a problem with the room door it was quickly fixed. The staff is very attentive.

Good breakfast selection, loved the fresh coffee throughout the day and the water dispenser in the lobby. Rooftop bar was a plus due to beautiful weather. Great bartenders and staff on the roof, both attentive and entertaining. The beds, as well as the sleeper sofa, were clean and comfy. There is some construction going on nearby, but it wasn't enough to bother us.

The staff was just wonderful. Everyone was gracious and very helpful. The hotel was clean, the bath soaps and lotions full and the location was great. In the AM the coffee was great (and I'm very particular) and the food was ok/good. We realize you were feeding a ton of people free breakfast

Clean, straightforward fusion between hotel room and suite and associated facilities… Christian, Shante, and Andrew were on the desk and very helpful… Christian deserves a special mention for going above and beyond to help us with a luggage issue.
